Dear Chicology, I was not 100% satisfied with your company. I placed two orders with you last year. Both times there were problems with orders. With our first order in June 2018 we made the mistake of ordering the wrong color. When the blinds were returned, great service! New blinds were delivered quickly. However, there were no fittings for any of the blinds. Parts were missing when the device was shipped. Finally we have the details and the blinds look amazing! On my second order dated 12th March 2019 I ordered 6 blinds which were supposed to be Chelsea white but we were given white instead. The boxes were clearly marked in white. It would be a big problem to return them and we wouldn't get a replacement in time. They were needed for a church event taking place tonight, March 30th. While white is appropriate for the room, we were disappointed with the lack of off-white that we expected. Aside from the dissatisfaction with the accuracy of the orders, we really like the design and appearance of the blinds.
