EMBROIDERY LEATHER ON FLEECE

My sewing machine doesn't have a running foot. As a result, when I try to sew directly onto the leather, the sewing foot does not move smoothly over the seam, causing various problems that result in a completely unacceptable result. I traced the design onto the paper, placed the paper on the correct layers of fabric, and sewed the paper to confirm correct placement while allowing the foot to float forward without interference. The paper provided the exact amount of opacity and strength to get the job done. Thanks for a great product!
