Unlike the above, it fits - it doesn't fit - too long and too thin. The dimensions you are looking for are 7 7/8"L x 8"W x 1"H with a 1 1/2" hem on the front. It's very difficult to find. It has 2 sections in the top and bottom tabs on the front of the filter. On the Mazda forum, one person said they found a suitable one with part number BDTS-61-J6X (this is also hard to find). The forum says most sites sell gen 3 and you are looking for gen 4. Much luck. Supplement - a similar product offered and sent.
