Life Changer best in my review

I recently started getting pain in my wrists because of my job. I fold 200 to 400 sheets per day. I’ve been wearing this brace at night for over a month and the pain in my hands and arms is gone! It’s definitely uncomfortable and painful at first but once you get all healed up then it’s all worth it.

Can be used during a wide range of activities, including work, exercise, and leisure activities

Cons

The metal splint may cause discomfort during exercises
