It took a bit of adjusting to get comfortable. I did not wrapped it tightly. I believe the buckle in the middle was the problem. The buckle was too thick for it to be wrapped around that it kept hitting the painful part of my wrist and made it worst. Though, it took me multiple tries, I can say that this product actually helped heal my wrist and forearm.

The brace gives you firm comfortable support. I’m able to wear it for hours without my hand getting hot. The only drawback is the Velcro doesn’t stick as well after repeated usage.

After wearing this for a few nights my fingers don’t tingle or ache as much. There are many wrist braces out there to choose from. This one keeps my arm in place so as not to aggravate my injuries. I would recommend this brace.

The wrist splint seems well built and comfortable. It comes with a 5" x 3 1/2" ice/heat pack (I would have preferred a little larger size).I had two difficulties. First, the instructions and videos didn't show where to put the ice/heat pack. There's a small pocket inside, but it seems small and lines up a little to the side of my wrist. I bought several braces for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. These were by far the best, in my opinion. I would wake up at night with numb and tingly hands when wearing the other braces, but not with these. These have 3 support rods(?) instead of just one bar under the arm into the palm. They are very comfortable and supportive. I loved them so much I had to buy another pair.

The product is comfortable, well made and looks like it will do a great job over the long run. However, shortly after our purchase, we put the gel pack in the microwave, apparently for too long, and a small opening in the pack developed. We wrote to the maker to see about ordering a replacement, which we were willing to pay for. They replaced the damaged pack free of charge (both the product and shipping) within days, and provided suggestions for avoiding pack damage in the future. What a great

I ordered XL to fit my 8" wrists and size is perfect. The three adjustment straps work well. Has been very comfortable for extended wearing. I highly recomend. The best wrist braces I have bought yet.

Late but I love this first time in weeks I don't wake with hand and wrist pain and I can sleep in any direction! My advice but don't wrap it too tight or you will feel pressured won that nerve and will cause the numbing sensation. I'm grateful for this brace

I am a fat person riddled with arthritis and now carpal tunnel. This brace fits when so many others were too small and is extremely comfortable. It is soft and the liner is cooling. Love the added features of included ice pack. Highly recommend.

I wore them for 2 weeks straight for sleeping. Like most said on here, they aren't exactly hard to sleep with in, it just takes some getting used to. My mistake was, I stopped wearing them to bed once my hands started to not hurt anymore. But then 2-3 weeks later, they started hurting worse than they did before. So I should have never stopped using them.

I recently started getting pain in my wrists because of my job. I fold 200 to 400 sheets per day. I’ve been wearing this brace at night for over a month and the pain in my hands and arms is gone! It’s definitely uncomfortable and painful at first but once you get all healed up then it’s all worth it.

I had to have a plate and screws put in my wrist and hand. I wrote this before I had surgery and after they gave me a real high tech thing that is laced and you tighten it with a little knob etc. I went back to this brace at night because it's supportive yet comfortable and MUCH cooler. I also wore it in the shower which helped me wash my hair and it dries out quickly.

This is my first time buying this brand & my second wrist brace. This one is much better at keeping your wrist from bending. I think it is better due to it being longer thank my fist one & it has 3 straps instead of 2 straps, like my first one. Glad I bought this.

Dad has carpal tunnel. This item was reasonably priced and supplies the comfort and support that my dad needs. He has another higher priced brace he purchased from a medical supply store. This item is just as comparable and at a greater price too.

Quality product - well made and thought out design. Liner is very soft and there are no exposed parts of the splint to irritate the skin. Easy on and off, and easily adjusted to get just the right fit. (Have not yet used the cold pack that comes with the splint.)

I needed something to prevent wrist rotation and this fit the bill perfectly. Only issue I had was I had to return the first one and size down, as the sizing chart told me to get the large/xl. It was too big so I returned for the Medium/Large and it fits perfectly. I accidentally returned the gel packs from the new one with the other return and seller promptly sent me 2 free ones. Great service and great product.
