. I need an aligner removal tool quite often and I knew something so small could easily get lost. Not yet, but I've left them at various locations where I had to pick them up and since I live in a three story house and our bedroom is on the third floor, I really didn't feel like it. Go downstairs to get it. With those extras I pretty much put them anywhere I could use them and it was a great answer. I rarely had a problem, but now I know it will never happen. They work just like the ones that come with my aligners. I'm very glad I got the extra.
