They are awesome! Yes, you can see below that these are gold shoes that have iridescent glitter applied to them, but personally I like that the glitter doesn't hit the sole right away - hopefully that means it takes a long time to rip or flakes off. I ordered 11.5 for my almost 5 year old. They're a bit small but she won't let me return them so I just ordered a second pair. They're only $16 so I wouldn't fret if they don't last forever, but so far they seem to be better quality than expected. I also really like the velcro closure. The elastics tend to be a little tight for my daughter or make it difficult for her to stand on her foot. She loves that she can open it up and just slip her foot in without slipping through the elastic.
