I have an ImageClass MF642Cdw and have tried several refill packs from different companies. With this ink, my printer recognized that it was not private label and would not show the ink level. No big deal because I could still print and save money. However, I have found that when one color starts to fade, I have replaced all the colors. I did this because I didn't know how much ink was left in the other cartridges. I was skeptical about using another company's ink because the last company I used gave good print quality and I didn't want to risk losing it. What. I decided to give it another try and try a different company and thank god I did! I finally found the perfect solution. I had perfect ink colors and my printer showed ink levels.
