I bought this mainly for laps as part of my swimwear rotation and maybe just for the beach. Usually I have size M in tops and bottoms, 36C/34D, and I bought size M. It fits great and has removable pads which was nice. Excellent coverage and support everywhere. However, if you plan to swim on your lap, you will need to tighten these straps more than you would like (for aesthetic reasons). As soon as I pushed off the wall, I realized the ladies had gone swimming. Two separate tightening of the straps fixed this issue to the point that I was almost out of straps. This is the only issue I could find with the swimsuit, otherwise worked great!
