Sling arrived pretty quickly! We are very impressed with the workmanship of the product. It's so well made, the fabric is so soft on the inside, love the collar closure and outside pocket. We have a 13 pound Chiviny that we rescued a few years ago. She doesn't like to stay home when we go out. When the package arrived we immediately opened it and adjusted the strap a bit to fit my 1.80m husband. The dog was put in a sling and honestly I think he would have spent the whole day there! I'm 1.60 m tall, of course I have to adjust the strap again, very easy! One of our best buys in a long time! I haven't washed it yet, so I can't comment on that.
