Impressed with consistent quality. It is very easy to assemble (about 5 minutes including opening the box) and the only tool needed was the Allen key provided. My son is 2 years old. Based on the height of the seat, I would agree that it could be adjusted a little lower for a younger child. I love that the tires are never flat! What a great idea! It sure is well built. I weigh 170 pounds and it doesn't sag or bend when I sit on it (I know I shouldn't sit on it, but I had to try). Based on all of this, there is no way I would buy a cheaper "off-brand" device. Not cheap, but it's definitely something you pay for.
