This product has worked great for the first 18 months of purchase. Then my phone suddenly stopped recognizing the card (the card was in the phone all the time, there was no damage). I tried reformatting the card first on the phone and then on the computer. All efforts failed; I kept getting error messages. Since the card is guaranteed for 10 years, I decided to send it back to Samsung for repair or replacement. This is where my troubles started. It is almost impossible to get information about where this card can be returned. The Samsung website redirects you to "Live Chat" advertised as "Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week". Clicking the link will show the chat is available from 9:00am to 9:00pm EST. However, if you try to continue (although clearly within the specified time frame), the error message reads "Live chat is open from 9:00am to 9:00pm EST. Either all the agents are busy or the chat is closed. Guarantee if you can't actually use it? The strategy here is clearly to make the process complicated enough that most people give up, rather than going with a $20+ memory card. I am very disappointed in Samsung. My last 5 phones have been Samsung, not to mention all of my TVs and kitchen appliances. I have had bad experiences with the warranty department regarding my phone in the past. This will probably be the last straw. It's not about the money, it's about the principle.
