Beware of very limited customer service. I returned my first order because the base station didn't charge. When I received a second order, the new phone was not registered in its database. The included manual does not offer any effective solutions to the problem. Otherwise there is practically no customer service. The manual lists customer service phone numbers BUT each phone number is either disabled or sent to a record that sends the caller back to the site. The Uniden website directs the caller to an inadequate product manual. I even called Uniden headquarters in Texas, but if you don't know the person's extension number, you can't reach them.
