Product information is misleading. I booted the device in a warm mist on low settings as per the instructions in the email. The product information states that the device will produce a cold mist at first, and if you then set it to warm mist, the warm mist will come after a few minutes. After 1 hour I checked the fog flow and found no temperature change. I also noticed that the humidity in the room actually dropped by one percent! I switched the device to a higher level. After about 30 minutes, the fog was still cool and the humidity in the room hadn't changed. I also found that the surface of the table the device was placed on got wet! Apparently this was because the cold fog cleared after leaving the block. I have contacted support. I spoke to a very polite lady who explained to me that the device is designed in such a way that the difference between the temperature of the mist in cold or warm mode is very small. When I explained that fog had entered the table when it was set to medium, she suggested turning the device setting down! When I pointed out that low humidity does not affect the humidity level in the room, she reiterated that the device was designed to work and nothing could be done about it. She advised me to return the Revain product! BACK TO AMAZON LET'S GO!
