This is one of the best conditioners I have ever used. The smell is very gentle and fragrant; the texture is smooth; The effect on my hair is noticeably better as my hair becomes softer throughout the day. To be clear, my hair is thinning from top to bottom and I've been looking for shampoos/conditioners to deal with it. While I'm pretty sure this shampoo and conditioner combo doesn't actually prevent hair loss, I was pleased with how good it smelled and left my hair feeling. I will say that my hair may fall out more slowly, although this may just be a placebo effect or my eyes are playing tricks on me.
