I've only had this stand for a week but was glad I could put my iPhone SE in it without removing it from the Otter box defender. Case. The strap/case keeps the phone snug to my biceps and if I turn the phone upside down I can easily plug in headphones or a battery while it rides in the case. Two things to note; First, it's a relatively tight sleeve. It fits me perfectly, but there isn't much clearance. I'm an average height woman with no prominent biceps and for many people (especially men) they seem to be too tight. Secondly, I found that the phone's touchscreen cannot be used through the cover of this mount over the protective film cover. This isn't a huge issue for me as I use it for exercise and just set my phone up the way I want it before it's up my sleeve and I can take calls as long as they come into the earbud mic. So my only plan is not to use the touchscreen through these layers, but if you choose to do that, you may be disappointed. However, it worked for me and I even got caught in heavy rain and the phone was safe and sound. I am satisfied and have recommended it to others.
