I use this tune belt every day and it fits me perfectly. My phone is in a case and still slides in and out easily. I often take out my phone and put it in with one hand without any problems. Comfortable on my hand. I have just ordered a third strap as it stretches a bit over time and the velcro is no longer able to hold it tight enough on the arm.

I bought this to use with my HTC One X with Otterbox for running and gym workouts. It was a bit below my expectations but works fine. It works well in the gym. I have no complaints when there is no repetitive motion. Running on the other side, for some reason the screen thinks it's being touched. I don't know if the sweat from waving my arms is the cause. Droid Bionic with Otterbox Defender is difficult to fit into the case but it fits. It's inconvenient to take it out and take calls, but if you put it in a zipped bag to make it slippery, it'll slide much easier. The defender is really persistent. Received it yesterday and tried it out at the gym last night. My S3 fits easily into my Otterbox Commuter case, but I'm fine with that because it's easy to take out. Doesn't hang like a phone, it doesn't shake my phone or anything - it's just not very snug - but then again I like it so it's easy to pull my phone back out. Update July 2014: Still using this case. Has been there for 2 years now. I use it with a much slimmer Nexus 5 phone with a wallet. It's tight, but it fits! I can also use it without a wallet case, then the Nexus 5 fits in without any problems. This purchase is still valid.
