Droid Bionic with Otterbox Defender is difficult to fit into the case but it fits. It's inconvenient to take it out and take calls, but if you put it in a zipped bag to make it slippery, it'll slide much easier. The defender is really persistent. I have 13.5-14 inch (circumference) flexed biceps. The belt extender doesn't work for me. I only have the extreme end of the bandage with no straps and too close to the minimum size with an extension. I work without and it works great. [Update 26 Apr 12] I have since stopped using the Otterbox case. I bought a Diztronic TPU case that the extended battery fits in. It glides great. There is even a small room. I have no doubt this would be perfect for a suburban Otterbox, if I could only find one to match the extended battery I would buy it.
