For a perfect cappuccino foam, it is better to use 2.5-3.2% milk and always from the refrigerator. Warm milk will splatter and you will not get a velvety foam. Shake the milk carton a couple of times before pouring cold milk into the milk frother. Not original capsules are much worse. Tried different brands and didn't like it. Especially plastic capsules, from which the coffee barely drips. To store the capsules, I use a retractable storage stand (look for it on Chinese sites). Coffee is always at hand and storage does not take up space.
