Malfunction! - Mattress covers
The mattress cover was on the bed for about 10 days - received on July 8, unpacked and put on the bed on August 9 or 10. I can't get ANY response from Sealy or Comfort Resolutions so I can exchange this topper. I called several phone numbers, left messages, sent emails, but got no answer. Revain will not be exchanged as 30 days have passed. There was a leaflet in the box with a 1 year warranty but the company could not be contacted. The tear in this mattress topper is 30cm long and goes through so if I continue it will fall apart completely. to use it. I'm hoping for a reply from Revain as I'm not getting anything from the company.
