I have several scissors in different places in my house. I thought these distinctive 5" BIHRTC scissors would be a great addition to my small collection as I don't have small pairs. At the time of review this pair is priced at $6.99 which is slightly more than the other colors probably due to the multicolored matte finish.In my experience with the same finish it's very durable and doesn't wear off.I say although the other item I have with this finish is a knife with a polished finish so it's different ways I hope it won't. These scissors are comfortable even for my long (but thin) fingers. They are decently sharp - they cut through cardboard and the plastic lid that the scissors came with very well. I have had since Cut through gauze, twine and grocery bags and it worked pretty well, they're a good size to fit in my small drawer and stand out so I don't get lost . They're beautiful and useful - the good thing about scissors!
