I usually buy older vehicles rather than the brand new model year in order to take it easy on my bank account. Often though, that means that my car’s entertainment system is not quite up to the current functionality.This unit is not very flashy, but it solves the annoyance of missing out on BlueTooth audio and GPS display capabilities. The display is pretty good quality, and I’m a massive fan of the mirroring feature.It essentially has brought my vehicle’s user interface up to date with newer cars on the market. I can now answer calls with the hands-free function, and there’s even an accessory sold separately that allows you to add a backup camera feature.I’m not much of an installer, so I had this unit put in at my local car stereo shop, and it has worked well ever since. My old car CD player has been replaced by a fully BlueTooth and WiFi-enabled entertainment center.I wouldn’t hesitate to make this upgrade on my next used car.
