I thought it was a great buy, up to 5 runs then it became a good buy. And now, after 10+, it's fur. After several washes, the inner shorts start to cut into the loins. I have always washed it on a gentle cycle and line dried it. After a good 10 washes you should start wearing underwear in it. And no, I didn't buy them too small.
