The description says they are adjustable in three different places: sleeves, hood and back. The hood is adjustable, but the sleeves are only adjustable when I roll them up (not what I would call "adjustable"). There is no adjustment at all around the tail section. I bought a small and a medium size for my two Yorkies. The length is great but they are too loose on the stomach and legs. My dogs keep pulling their paws out of their sleeves and getting confused. Buy a jacket that adjusts around the stomach. They also don't have leg straps to hold them in the back. I am very disappointed and will be sending them back.
