I've posted the video in the extras I really like this bottle holder. Coffee cups rattled in my old cage. It really bothered me. One of the reasons I prefer to cycle to work is because I enjoy the quiet. My coffee clinking in my old cage was very devastating. This carbon cage is very light. It holds any cup/bottle, stainless steel or plastic, with a great grip. Plus it doesn't seem to scratch my cups and bottles. It fits snugly so it takes very deliberate movements to get the bottle into the holder. But after a few times, the movement becomes pretty much second nature. For extra exertion you have a lightweight, secure fit. On hot days when I might need a hot coffee and a cold bottle of BCAAs, I grab another to ride with two.
