I work as a psychologist in a mobile school and spend most of my time at the computer. I bought this stand hoping to help my work related back pain. I have both a small 13" laptop and a 17" laptop, neither of which can stand on a stand. The 13-inch worked a little, but it fell very easily and had to be adjusted very uncertainly. 17 inch doesn't fit at all. At first glance this thing looks pretty heavy and training, but it's not heavier at the base than it should be to get the balance right. I was disappointed.
