2 YEARS IN REVIEW - they're still on my truck! I live in Washington state so these things get very wet and I haven't had any problems with them. I've taken them out a couple of times to replace the bumper and the tabs didn't snap off like factory ones. You are solid. I highly recommend them. Original rating: I think it's great. I bought a pair for my f350 and excursion. Red light, facing away from the vehicle, bright and visible during the day. I like it because I always have my position lights on when I'm in my truck. The white license plate light is bright but not overly bright as others have written in other reviews. All in all the best license plate light I've installed and I've installed quite a few. As for durability, it's worth checking out.
