I ordered this cordless electronic pulse back massager for myself because I am suffering from severe back pain after being hit by an 18 wheeler. If you want to try it, they have 90 days no return, one year warranty. That's really nice because many products aren't covered by the warranty, and even those who grant them don't honor them. I tried Quell a few years ago and they completely voided their warranty and I lost $300! So I really appreciate companies that offer a great guarantee! This massager uses vibration and pulses to get rid of pain. You say ergonomic design. I have to take their word for it because I'm not sure what that means for a portable back massager. It's not as good as a real, personal massage, but definitely the next best thing in my opinion. Now he uses it every night and has actually canceled two massages because of using this massager! He usually goes once a week and we will be in his third week without a personal massage! If you suffer from mild back pain, consider this massager! It also makes an incredibly thoughtful gift for someone suffering from back pain. Recommended!
