Review on 🦈 Shark IX141 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum, XL Dust Cup, LED Headlights, Removable Handheld, Crevice Tool & Pet Multi-Tool, 40-minute Runtime, Grey/Iris by Tricia Anderson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The suction power and battery life is better than my old Dyson battery! Ideal for 3 children and 3 dogs!

I was so happy to receive this Shark cordless vacuum! I am a housewife with 3 children under the age of 7 and 3 dogs (including a woolly mammoth golden retriever). We have dark laminate floors that show EVERYTHING and dogs/kids come and go with crumbs/hair/glitter/mess everywhere. I usually vacuum once a day. I've been using a Dyson cordless vacuum for 5 years but it recently broke and I decided to give the Shark a try! Here is my rating compared to my Dyson:PROS:1. It is very easy to assemble. It snaps together just as easily as my Dyson and Attachments2. The canister can withstand a lot! This allows me to vacuum large areas without constantly emptying3. The battery life is definitely longer than my Dyson. * Specified 40 minutes, but only when using a hand vacuum cleaner! * It is 25 minutes for normal carpet/hard floor cleaning and 10.4 for accelerated mode. The suction power is amazing! He cleaned the carpet in my master bedroom where my 3 dogs sleep with ease. He sucked lint out of a stuffed dog toy my Dyson would never touch! There is a light on the front of the vacuum cleaner, which is actually very useful! It's much quieter, even on boost, than my Dyson!CON:1. My Dyson came with a holder/organizer for all the attachments that doubled as a charger and there's nothing in there. I wish he had something to help hold it all together. The biggest annoyance: You always have to remove the long wand nozzle to empty the canister! This adds an extra step to emptying that I've never had to do with my Dyson, especially when emptying mid-clean. It absorbs well and it will definitely get a TON of use!

Cons
