I like that we can set up our own rules for pay periods as well if needed or desired by us! It does not have all features out-of -the box but it is easy to customize with API's which you may need depending upon what functionality are required from this system within an organization/company etc., The support team was very helpful when trying them first hand before purchasing (as there were other systems being considered). Some functions such as time off requests do take some getting used too though once familiar they become fairly simple & quick process overall. Payroll processing has been simplified greatly allowing more accurate data entry along side benefits management /pay roll administration tasks also streamlined into one platform so less work done manually than previously!! Benefits Administration as mentioned above now much easier using same software! Overall great product!! If considering looking through documentation prior purchase ensure everything will be meet requirements otherwise risk wasting money unnecessarily especially during trial phase where most companies tend to jump ship after initial demo.
