I wear a US size 10 standard width. I first bought the exact same size L crampons from another seller (which looked and were made almost exactly the same) according to the size chart they had. She was too small and pulled the silicone case too hard, so I order this cat in a large size. It's cozy and feels like I made a good choice. Not sure how well it will hold up on ice/snow/rock hikes, but I need it just in case. It might save my life, who knows. Happy with this purchase. There's extra room in the suitcase, so I'm adding some supplies that might come in handy if I run into an unexpected freezing situation. 14 ounces for both. With 17.5 oz case.
