This product is durable and will hold up much better than my previous plastic dustpan. Clumps of urine in the litter tend to stick to the wall and this tool breaks them up really well. The fact that it doesn't have as many walls around the edges makes it easier for poo to accidentally roll back into the litter. Tray, but it's easy enough to keep up the level so it doesn't happen often. It should be noted that it has a round shape while most toilet pans are rectangular. This means that the scoop almost never sits flush with the wall of the tray. This makes it difficult to pick up tiny faeces that tend to evade scooping. Its roundness also makes it difficult to level the litter after cleaning. I usually like to sprinkle fill material to keep it even and it's very difficult to get flat surfaces with a round tool.
