Where has this unique device been all my life? From time to time someone invents a tool that's so obvious you wonder why you didn't think of it yourself. Well, you didn't have to because here it is. It doesn't really take much force to squash and crush the garlic, but I think some people might be having trouble with their minds. You still need to peel the garlic before crushing it. They packaged a "scooter tube" that should do this with no problem, but I couldn't get it to work very well and it didn't bother me. You might like it, or like me, you put it in a drawer and never use it. However, you will use the press. That's great.
