Everything about this agency was professional, friendly & helpful to us in our time of need! From their customer service team who responded immediately to all inquiries/emails we had with them during the purchase process - & afterwards as well when needed (we were still living out-of-state) until now at least 2 years later after moving back home where they are providing excellent follow up care / assistance from afar. I cannot find anything specific that i disliked other than perhaps some minor things concerning how quickly certain tasks could be accomplished but these weren't major problems or issues. We used TBG because it seemed like everything lined up perfectly between what both parties wanted vs. what each party thought would work best overall long term relationship wise. They took into consideration not only my budget concerns but also any potential shortfalls which made me feel good going forward knowing there wasn�.
