I always wear 11.5 med and my UCBL braces fit perfectly. At first I tried an 11.5 width, but it turned out to be too loose. I ended up going back to 11.5 copper and it was great. I covered them in suede protectors and stood on the concrete all day at work. I finished a full week of work with no pain in my legs and knees. I don't even want to sit at work and I'm 62 years old. The weight feels lighter than some compound toe shoes. I can leave them on when I leave work and I don't have to switch orthotics from one shoe to another because they look and feel great!
