Since I bought it fifteen months ago, I have worn this watch every single day. I'll get right to the point about autonomy and state that it works for me for around two to three days. The functionality exceeded my expectations, and not only do I frequently take calls directly from the clock, but I also nearly always read messages on the clock before anywhere else. About the many sports modes, there are several of them. But, you will not be able to complete your workout with simply these exercises; rather, you will need to perform each one on its own. Utter rubbish. As a result, I nearly always begin with simply a circuit training session, as the remainder of the exercises turn out to be superfluous. The auto-detect workout function was excellent, and it met all of my expectations. Cycling, jogging, walking, and other forms of exercise all come to the same conclusion: there are no complaints about it at all! Let's move on to the negative aspects now. If you are not completely still, the manual mode of the pulse will instruct you to "wipe your hand" if it cannot determine that you are in a state of full rest. Even in the machine, it frequently fails to measure; in some cases, the most recent reading was taken 24 hours ago, despite the fact that the parameters indicate that it should do so every 10 minutes. The monitoring that takes place during training is horrible; even during strength training, the pulse is frequently not measured. I'm referring about cardiovascular exercise in general. It's only that some perspiration got inside, that's all. Either he does not see, or he is not accurate in his measurements (compared with chest and training heart rate monitors). This results in a significant deficit, and the number of calories was likely determined wrongly. You can also choose to do nothing except sit there, and the clock will still credit you as having burned 150 kcal in that half an hour. The clock frequently runs slowly, and the fact that it does so irritates me. (This occurs frequently at the point in time when the phone is communicating with the clock (either connecting or disconnecting, etc.) Scrolling drags and looks absolutely terrible. To take such a sum of money is unacceptable. If I owned an iPhone, there is no question in my mind that I would get an Apple Watch. In addition, there are not many options available. In point of fact, only Samsas own a watch that can truly be considered intelligent. Alik is not even an option for me (all sorts of tickwatches and lemphos with 20 cameras). The conclusion is that if you participate in sports on a regular basis and have the intention of using a watch for this purpose, you should not do so. It's possible, but the buggy interface will (NOT ALWAYS) remain the same! Hong Konganently possible
