Is it okay for mice? Not very suitable for a small rabbit.

wish it was more absorbent. We have a little rabbit. It was covered in urine the morning after I used it at his sleepover. I was a bit taken aback. But I'm just looking for opportunities for him, and absorbency is important while we go potty. I just don't want him sitting in his piss.
