I was researching a camera for my channel. The camera has many things, but there are small problems. Zooming in and out works smoothly. I really liked the remote control. Everything works fine on the remote control. Setup was quick and easy and my PC and laptop recognized it with no issues. The only issue I have with the camera is the image/video quality. Although the quality is 1080P; The picture sometimes looks grainy. It could be the lighting, lens, etc. In any case, it was difficult to set up. I tried decreasing the lighting, increasing the lighting and that didn't seem to work. All in all it's a great device that I'm sure would work great in a boardroom with lots of light. At home, lighting can be a problem.
