I like that we can set up rules for our scoring system, but if there is something out of place or doesn't fit with how you want your lead flow structured it's easy enought o fix this in 1 click! The reporting features aren’s as robust so sometimes getting detailed reports isn t possible at all times unless someone has access into Salesforce which could be costly depending where sales org sits within an organization structure-wise? If one person does have full admin rights then yes its great however most people don;'r even get given these permissions let alone know were things need tweaking from themself when needed hence why i say having more than just basic CRM support would really help here.- Easy way/quick method for new reps /new users alike - no complex learning curve required.
