I like everything about lead scoring!! The ability to see exactly where you stand, how close or far off your goals may be! We can adjust our filters as we go along in order for us to find new opportunities that match up with each of ours customer needs- Our team loves this feature. Nothing at all really bad about it though. This system makes sense; its easy enough to use & understand if used correctly. Great tool to simplify team collaboration and data tracking

I like that we can set up rules for our scoring system, but if there is something out of place or doesn't fit with how you want your lead flow structured it's easy enought o fix this in 1 click! The reporting features aren’s as robust so sometimes getting detailed reports isn t possible at all times unless someone has access into Salesforce which could be costly depending where sales org sits within an organization structure-wise? If one person does have full admin rights then yes its great…

  • I really dislike the reporting feature for both a sales rep and a sales org admin it is very limited and not super intuitive
  • Other comments: I wish there were more ways to report and find things out

I have been using lead scoring for about 5 years now, but we only recently started getting real results from it! It's an easy way of managing our database effectively with no effort at all - just add additional fields or rules as you go along. A few things could be improved though- there is still room for improvement in terms of performance. We realized that some customers were slipping through even when they had high scores because their profiles weren't filled out properly. That was solved…
