I have been using lead scoring for about 5 years now, but we only recently started getting real results from it! It's an easy way of managing our database effectively with no effort at all - just add additional fields or rules as you go along. A few things could be improved though- there is still room for improvement in terms of performance. We realized that some customers were slipping through even when they had high scores because their profiles weren't filled out properly. That was solved once someone gave us more details than required which made them eligible to receive services.
