I peeled off the blue backing according to the instructions, this side did not stick to the chair at all. Tried to peel off the other side thinking I might have misunderstood the instructions. Finally, after about 5 minutes of trying, I was able to peel off the other side, causing the tape to ball up and stick to itself. I cleaned the chair thinking maybe it had too much fluff or wool or fluff on it and then I tried on a second piece and made sure I followed the directions. The shabby blue side didn't stick to the chair at all. I was able to peel off the white side after another five minutes of trying and it didn't stick either. I gave up and returned.
