There isn't much play in the legs so vibration caused by installation is quickly dampened. The best feature is the phone clip, which isn't like the crazy ones that have a little silver metal clip that grabs your phone only to lose its grip and send the phone flying. The clip also has a large height allowance that can accommodate thick cases, so you can leave a phone case in case something goes wrong. I completely submerged it in fresh water for 15 minutes with no visible damage after shaking off the water. I couldn't figure out how to use the remote control with my Android phone, but I don't care because it's easier to just use the phone's capture timer to let the vibrations die down before taking the photo or video begins. I looked through several cheaper wobbly tripods before finding this one. Each fell apart after a few weeks of use. I don't usually give 5 star reviews because I usually consider them paid BS, but in this case it's warranted.
