Didn't work after 1 time

I ordered this to replace the original that came with my watch but it fell apart and didn't work. I ordered this as a replacement and it worked the first time I used it so I thought the clock was the problem. I started working on these things and found that one of the pins wouldn't stay out and that's why it didn't work. I'm not sure what to do or who to ask to replace it
