Thin-walled straws break with use
Don't buy them. They look good from the outside but don't work at all. If you try to drink a thick liquid (like a smoothie or milkshake) out of it, the straw will fall in instead of getting the drink into your mouth. The plastic is just too thin. A larger diameter is just ONE of two things needed for a useful milkshake straw.
