We have bought many different brands of pots and pans. This is by far the best set! My husband and I love the way they cook and clean. Our food never burns and is the easiest to clean. I've read some of the reviews and don't understand any of the ones that say their pot handles are always hot when cooking. I don't understand how they have a problem. I could see if they use the oven. I did not buy dishes for the oven, only for the oven type. My pot handles have never been hot. I spent my money buying grip guards as I never needed to use them. I can't say enough about these pots/pans, they are great. Yes, the instructions are illegible (in Chinese) I have never needed instructions. Everyone should know that you never cook at high power, only heat up and then switch off. Do not use sharp objects on the surface. Keep the oven clean so the bottom doesn't turn black. All you need for cleaning is a sponge and a kitchen towel. This set should last a very long time. Mine look as new as the day I unboxed them on Amazon. I don't think I'll ever need a set again, but if I do I'll definitely buy them again.
