It's not bad, but my husband always knows when I'm cleaning.

I recently had to change my ear cleaning solution as my previous brand is no longer sold at Revain. This solution works well for both of my labs. They tend to have seasons when their allergies kick in and cause a lot of ear dirt. I will use every day or every few days during these periods and my dog almost never gets ear infections again. There is definitely an odor (what they would call a "fresh" scent) associated with food. It's not bad, but my husband always knows when I'm dog-earing. I believe most foods have some kind of smell.
