We've had the computer for 3 days and it's amazing. The packaging consisted of 3 very heavy boxes. Each was covered with a 1 inch layer of bubble wrap, and the computer and each evaluator were also surrounded by bubble wrap. Everything looked brand new. The computer has been configured as specified and is working properly. Thus, the computer received a 5-star rating. CONS: 1) The one year warranty apparently started when Revain supposedly received the computer in January 2021, so I have a 6 month warranty. This is a refurb so 5 months should prove it works. 2) There was a card detailing how to create a USB recovery drive as no disks were provided. I tried 3 USB and got the same error that the copy of Windows 10 does not contain all the files on the drive needed to create the recovery USB drive. 3) Revain's item description has incorrect dimensions. Final measurement is actually 7.8" vs 0.78" and slightly thicker than advertised by a factor of 10. These 2 issues brought the overall rating to a 4 for incorrect or misleading warranty information and apparently missing files for the USB drive. I figured out the sizing issue from the product image. I will update after warranty expires and call tech support for USB recovery.
