Added a star for GREAT customer service. When I contacted the seller to explain that this was not what I expected from a children's toy (see below) they responded quickly and kindly to resolve any issue and refunded any money I didn't ask for or had expected. Higher and higher! We value accuracy in our children's models, so I'll sand and paint them a bit, which I like, but not what I expected. The legs are of different lengths and need to be sanded so that the child can easily stand on them. Paint colors are off and sometimes a little off. The bellies appear unpainted. And the squirrel we got is different from the one in the picture. Ours has a tail like a rooster and an odd green tint like an aging brass statue. Buy Schleich or a similar brand if you value precision and don't want an art project :)
