Reasonable replacement

Bought to replace an outdated and somewhat broken original Panasonic TV remote control. This remote works well, except for one nuance. Pointing directly at the TV doesn't work. If you point to the ground, everything is fine. A little strange, but I can live with that. Has all the functions of the original remote control.
